Ülker Aral is a graphic and brand designer whose work moves fluidly between design, illustration, and art.
Born in Istanbul in 1991, she studied Industrial Design at Bahçeşehir University, graduating in 2013. After working in several design studios in Istanbul, she pursued a master’s degree in Product Service System Design at Politecnico di Milano, which she completed in 2020.
Her creative practice is shaped by an interest in the relationships between people, stories, and spaces. Now based in her hometown Bozcaada, she works as a freelance designer, developing brand identities, packaging, and signage systems for projects rooted in hospitality, tourism, and culture.
Aral’s approach combines thoughtful storytelling with visual precision. Through her designs, she seeks to build emotional connections—works that feel both grounded and poetic. She frequently collaborates with local artisans, cooperatives, and cultural initiatives, translating shared narratives into meaningful visual experiences.
